Anyone catch Bernie Schaeffer on CNBC this morning. Incredible how he recommends tech high fliers over stocks like WMT, GE, PFE, JNJ. Believes that over the bear market too many investors have already bought up these safe names and tech is where the real price appreciation will be.
He is a contrarian...and I like his analysis. He made a lot of sense!
Bernie was right and will probably continue to be as investors go into the wrong type of stocks for a recovery.

For today watching Nokia; unable to break above $15. If and when it does, it could lead to a big bounce.
Maybe a minor bounce ahead of Philly Fed at noon but the real one should be later in the afternoon.
How long can they keep it under 15 when currency was the biggest reason for its weakness..and the Euro has already back off the highs from the past few months. Thinking about buying NOK in addition to its supplier RFMD (which I am long).
