oh! That is good to hear. I think along those same lines, myself, and most at my mid-management level in enterprise software think that (the people I know anyway), we think this entire indian thrust came about in the bubble when you had to pay US workers $200/hr to do anything, but now that costs are half of what they were, you get more for your money just doing things here. The problem is, upper mgmt doesn't listen to us. Hopefully the tide will turn soon though.

BTW how are you at Applied, the ax has come down, I hear. VPs/directors going right and left. Good riddance most of them, I say. Applied has the largest mgmt vs. worker pay inequity that I know of in the valley. Time for the gravy train to stop.
