I had thought BernieShaeffer was the type that would push the value stocks but was I ever wrong! His whole approach seems to be based up supply/demand. He believes the huge drop from Nasdaq highs to the lows now (gave JNPR example of going from 244 to 4) meant too many got out and probably at the lows. Short interest stayed high. I think he said with a 3 to 3.5% GDP growth 2nd half techs will do much better, which goes against consensus which is that old economy stocks would be more attractive in a slow growth environment.
My money is on Bernie!
(although it does not look so good today)

That is basically a recipe for another launch just as soon as some more shorts pile on.
