Spiral, Again the sticky problem is that there will be tragic mistakes along the way as we detain these guys. And the press will trot out these sad stories and they are indeed sad. And the left will attack Bush and Ashcroft mercilessly even though a democratic admin would do exactly the same thing under the same circumstances. I have maintained all along that a Gore admin would be almost exactly in the same place in iraq as Bush even to the point of the exaggeration on the africa nuke thingy. And yes, yes Tom Delay would be attacking them for it just as shamelessly as Kerry&Co. Mike
