I have doubts about it. I hope I am wrong but I would give odds I am correct. There will be evidence of vast programs to make them. To have potable manufacturing that can make them quickly. But actual stocks being found is another issue. There are many rational arguments that make having no standing stockpile a reasonable proffer. And there are many rational arguments that make having an illusion that such stocks exist is also a reasonable proffer. And those two hindsight proffers in no way undermine the reasonable and logical decision to eliminate sadam.
