Thanks Tuck. Sometimes it is sufficient to read discussion part. :) For last +18 months I am trying to convince myself (Good forgive me IF I ever mislead anyone in my search path) that Velcade have multiple and complex actions. So, one day science may explain its efficacy in MM, and that it may be translated into broad cancers types. Little by little and I thinks that I am on right path. Only didn't yet figure out is Velcade for sure on it? mNSCLC and HRPC is two cancer type that are still far from real progress. Chemo does help, but oncologist needs additional punch that will prolong and potentiate chemo effects. Two largest market, and here is my focus. Miljenko
