I agree, but the fact is that the "various intelligence services" have been complaining bitterly about civilian administration spinning.

The intelligence services have told us that the evidence against Iraq was highly exaggerated. Since this is consistent with the fact that no WMDs have been found, you should consider the possibility that no WMDs were present.
