(Of course, I also want an honest tax system, but I'm not holding my breath on either.)* Oh. Well. There have been times in the last 50 years when there has been both a Dem Prexy and a Dem Congress. Why didn't they do it? Oh, here in CA, we've had a Dem guv and a Dem legislature for 6 years now. Know what we get? More taxes.
