I do not have time left to evaluate the relative positions of these various regimes, since my wife beckons, and I must go shortly. However, I do disagree. The Iranian regime is not notable for its military infrastructure, (although it is acquiring a nuclear capability), and the vast majority of its citizens are minors. If there were an infallible method inculcating extremist feeling, I might agree with you about Saudi Arabia. I personally doubt that Wahhabism can get much traction in free societies, and therefore I think we can combat it with cultural initiatives.
