I have made it clear to you that those answers will be forthcoming in a formal setting. Why are you so interested? I am quite curious. So why don't you say for the record here that you have no ulterior motive, are not supporting the defendants for personal, professional or corporate reasons. If not, adios your credibility.

I'm not afraid of speaking out in public. Hmmm, but we don't see Philip R. Berber posting here do we? Though he did many times in the past, right here at SI betraying people, fishing for victims of his scheme, under multiple aliases. No word from the other defendants either. No, they hide behind their lawyers. Wise move, considering their position right now. We'll see how effective their lawyers are at the Court of Appeal.
