What kind of concessions can China obtain from the U.S. for agreeing to make its' exchange rate more flexible?

I think China probably wants to adjust the exchange rate but can play at being reluctant until it gets something for "reluctantly" acceding to U.S. pressure.

Am sure of the above but am not at all sure of what China wants in return. <g>
