All rights reserved you must realize that this is nothing but posturing on the part of the NUM...the m.o. is exactly the same as last time around...Anglo jumps into the breach to make a slightly higher offer, so both the NUM and the miners can eventually save face by agreeing to Anglo's terms...and there will be a special dispensation for marginal DROOY. also, should a strike eventuate in spite of this, the mines all have stockpiled ore that has been saved for just such an occasion and can be milled by non-unionized contract workers, so there won't be much of an effect on production unless the strike drags on. obviously the market has already seen through all of this. If he's right, HMY, GFI, AU and DROOPY are screaming buys right now....<NG>
