yes, kids go through some important years especially before age three, and some others
after age three.

Seems it was Perot who finally introduced the stuff on how the brain developes, but it
seems it was too difficult, although both Clinton and Bush has repeated it.

Funny stuff, from the start of last century, must be dat Discovery and History Channel,
even PBS and CSPAN who has had little luck in terms of the dark masses.
(maybe it would mess up those IQ-tests and especially those SAT-tests, that is
at least what the rest of the world try to avoid)
