<Might work - if you also blew up the Capital.> The Iraqis didn't blow up the Capital, or any buildings in NY, and they're getting the "urban renewal" dollars showered on them. I've got a truckload of absolutely convincing Intelligence, given to me by the French (who got it from the Italians, who got it from the Mongolians), which says the Islamic Republic of Alaska has oodles and oodles of chemical weapons, and we're planning on selling them to the Idaho Liberation Front. Can't release the Intel, the Mongolians won't let us, but it's convincing, trust me. Better invade soon.
