I use it all the time here. Perception, how it is "spun," controls the political outcome too much of the time. I think Bush is going waaay to far to the left in an attempt to shore up his re-election. The argument on the other side is that he is trying to make sure he gets an iron-clad number of people who support him in Congress. He does not want to end up like Reagan, with the Dems controlling, or at least stopping, his programs. I think his number one goal, after tax reduction, is Court control.
