Hi Jorj

I was just wondering something and hopefully maybe you can help out here.

I wrote this post to Jon back on July 7th. Jon seems to be asking the Count what seems like the same questions again and Count has already answered him. Why do you think Jon comes back on this thread and repeatedly does this?

Is he pushing Counts buttons, trying to irritate him, I am shaking my head about this and was wondering if you figured Jon out from reading this thread. There seems to be something else going on with Jon IMHO

Do you think that the Count has a good reason not to answer Jons questions because it could hurt his court case? I do.

Thanks

Hi there Jon
I was just wondering why you do not understand this post of the Count

Sorry, but as I stated earlier, some questions """I would be very unwise to answer in public. That is one of them, because if I did answer as you would like I would be revealing a little bit too much about the evidence""" I have. I am sure you will understand.

You replied in a not so nice way....IMVHO

No, I don't understand. You've blathered about everything else.
This would seem a key point - did or did not the brokers pay web sites per-share fees for customers that were not introduced to them through the web site?

When we get to what really matters, all of a sudden you aren't willing to answer a simple yes/no question.

I believe the Count is saying that he cannot answer the question at this time because if he did answer as you would like he would be revealing a little bit too much about the evidence he has.

I understood what he was saying and he cannot answer right now so the answer is NO.

Hope this helps you out and hopefully you will not ask that question again as the answer cannot be given at this time. <gg>

I think I understand that you do not understand though.

Have a great evening.

>>> The only person who has made threats on this thread, veiled or otherwise, is you. <<<

And how do you know that? A "veiled threat" by it's very definition, is subject to the eye of the beholder... One person's "veiled threat" is another's joke or comment made in bad taste...
