Hi wstera_02; Re: "President Bush not only didn't avoid the words, "imminent threat", he chided those who would wait until the threat was imminent in the State of the Union Address."

His chiding was in the form of telling the American public that the threat was already here, that Saddam could give weapons to terrorists at any time.
