The main umbrella body for Jewish groups in France - the Conseil Représentatif des Institutions Juives de France (Crif) - yesterday condemned the racist propaganda placed on the internet by extremist groups.

Haim Musicant, the director of Crif, said he was aware of the existence of sites "which claim to be Jewish" that were calling for violence against people of Arab origin in France. "They are individuals who represent no reputable organisation," he said.

"They could be extremist [Jews] whom we condemn entirely, but they could also be provocateurs."

That part of the article really tells the story. There are extremists in every group. All peoples consist of some individuals who have extreme views. Fortunately, most "groups" follow middle of the road views and advocate getting along with other "groups." It's history.

However, when extremist views rise to power, usually through propaganda, it is the duty of the centrist and free- thinker to point out the extremist.

Consider yourself "pointed out."

Your use of the term Judeofascist is similar to my calling you a Nazi. I condemn the actions of the groups written about in your post. Do you condemn the extreme haters who would destroy Israel and blame all the world's ills, the nation's ills and even their own failings on Jews or some other group as a "scape goat?"
