That can't be the explanation either. The more effort went into it, the more people should have known about it. We control Iraq - We haven't caught maybe more than 20 people. It is simply not possible that there is nobody in Iraq today on land controlled by us who wouldn't come forward; tell us the whole story and make MILLIONS of dollars and safe haven to US. The fact that this is not happening 3 months after Baghdad fell, suggests to me that there are no WMDS. On the other hand, Saddam's behavior was inexplicable.
