It is relevant for the genius of leadership of PRESIDENT GEORGE W. BUSH to find out the correct intelligence conclusions. In the case of his statements in the State of the Union Address he did. It does not matter the opinion or conclusions of anyone else unless they can conclusively prove that conclusion is correct. From the logical inference of your statements, if you are not lying again one would have to conclude that US Intelligence conclusions on the matter of the SOTU were in error and PRESIDENT GEORGE W. BUSH because of his own personal good judgement found out the real truth anyway.
