Ted Kennedy is the White House's go-to guy on health care and education when they need credibility for a "compassionate" type bi-partisan bill. His personal flaws long ago made him a poor presidential candidate, but that's not the point. Ted Kennedy is riding high these days, thanks in part to how much the WHite House needs him to build their own credibility.
