If milosevec had wmds(or threatened their use whether real or not ha ha), the UN/Euros would have chickened out there too and not have saved the kosovars. It is all about cowardice and appeasement in the face of danger. US/GB goes in both places. Europe/UN only in Granada like situations. And then there is quagAfrica whose pathetic situation was created in large parts by europeans but now they fear to tread, save france in congo this time around. Wake up and have a Starbucks coffee. This bush bashing is silly. You are to smart a guy for this. We can still argue. Admin is not doing a great job now in iraq in keeping the peace and making progress toward representative govt.
