Al Gore IS in his "rightful place".....see Bush v. Gore, a USSC case....

And you are right about one thing....if Gore was in the WH we would not be in the mess we are in ...it would be a lot worse....

it's just that i noticed a profound lack of interest on the part of the 'left' when clinton was busy bombing yugoslovia... or when he hit iraq with over 300 missiles in a single strike in order to avoid impeachment for just one more day...

there seems to be a very strong partisanship in the anti-bush rhetoric... as if clinton or gore and their ilk would be somewhere between 'ok' and 'good'... i don't buy it...
