I was rather amazed at the chutzpah of George Bush and his fellow owners of the Texas Rangers a few years back. They found a nice chunck of land they liked for the Arlington stadium and found that the owner wanted too much money for the property. So Bush simply used the government process of condemnation and got the property for about 20 cents on the dollar. Molly Ivins wrote this up in "Shrub". I never believe the liberals when they say Bush is too dumb to be pResident. I think he's too cunning. :)
