he could, of course, claim that it was the eqyptians who once again jammed the US military frequencies trying to write home to mom, using the wrong length antenna. Cut it out! He's going to use that excuse now!

Albert maybe thinks the egyptian and american military just tried to routinely jam each others frequencies although they were not in war. I think [though one can never be sure with Albert] he believes jamming affects the entire frequency spectrum. Once someone jams, everyone is jammed....Ruthless Jamming I guess.
