Obscenity

Regarding the obscenity charge, the committee finds that the programs do consist of highly graphic scenes of sexual activity and that they are designed to directly appeal to the prurient interest of the viewers. Although we found no serious artistic or literary value in the overall content of the program you have attempted to include political speech in the form of asserting your rights to free expression. Because the legal definition of obscenity requires that the program must be taken as a whole and meet all three criteria defined in the Supreme Court case, Miller vs. California , the review board is unwilling to sanction you based on the legal definition of obscenity.

How do I get this show? :-)
