Andy Xie with Morgan Stanley thinks that the party will continue for a couple more years at least. Also did you see that point from CI that Japanese interventions may have caused recent bond rally?

I am not sure why you think competitve devaluations will adversely affect real estate. It would seem to me that if all countries devalue their currencies, hard assets will be the place to be.
