Sorry, i was typing fast while being distracted here, edited the post now .... general gist - we may be more informed out here in the world than you realise, we do not imagine that all two hundreds eighty millions souls in the US have rejected international cooperation in favour of rule by Diktat from the backrooms of DC .... we're well aware of a large component of sensible people in the US, with whom we are always allied ... and pointing out that 'GST' is a canuck acronym for our 'goods and services tax' ... not something you want to wear on your t-shirt here .. [if you do come, be sure to save all your receipts, and get the envelope from customs, send them all in from outside the country, and Ottawa refunds you all the GST you paid] .. [they don't do that for us, lol]
