Maurice, with a straight face and benign demeanor...Gawd, I do love your optimism. Maybe it is genetic, and I have mostly expatriate Irish running through my veins, which I would rather deny. Mostly the Irish depress me with their incessant whining and killing each other over religion. I almost bit several years back on Elan Pharma but chickened out mainly because it WAS Irish. My fathers parents spoke Gaelic. I know none. I ran years ago to German and now more recently to Homeric Greek, wanting to read some in the original of that unfashionable stuff by all those old dead white men (okay maybe deeply bronzed from the sun). It is not kosher for me to say it but I despise all this cultural relativism crap, the stuff our kids are taught in public school. BTW, after all the Angst and rage at Bernard Schwartz at Loral and Globalstar we went through, seems so long ago, Loral finally filed for Chapter 11. Betcha 10 New Zealand equivalents of dollars that shithead Bernard made out like a bandit. He learned it from the Dept of Defense and the Clintons. Now that is a schizophrenic juxtaposition is it not?
