Needless to say, no, they are not. Look up the initiation ritual of Freemasonry. Fire has one role. Light has another. The latter is related to illumination, while the former is NOT.

Next time you know nothing on a subject, you should watch and learn from those who do, rather than jumping in with some half-baked attempt at saving a "friend". Unless you actually enjoy this humiliation.
