Not fanciful
or
"highly dubious"

I was not aware that the job of an intelligence agency was to explore fanciful options. The lives of many soldiers have been lost, this is no flight of fancy.

Do you think Europe and the United States are allies, as Mr. Blair does, do you believe the CIA, are you waiting for Mr. Blair's fanciful letters, Mr. Blair does not have the option of blaming British Intelligence.
