hi clappy- i think the best way to describe wharfy is to tell you how he makes me feel. you know how you feel when you put on a pair or well worn shoes or slippers? you get that kind of comfortable and relaxed feeling. well, its as though i met an old friend - there was never an awkward moment - never a feeling of having to 'entertain' that you often get when you meet someone for the first time. without over simplifying, he is sort of like an open book that is very easy reading ....no, that's not it - he is exactly what you conjured up while reading the account of his alaskan adventure and the fuzzette is a bright and lovely 15 year old charmer who he is extremely proud of. she put up with all of us old farts with great humour. sadly we never did make it into the hot tub - didn't get high either but there was a lot of raucous laughter and we had a lot of fun. wharfy and harold are out on the streets watching the "tour de delta" bicycle race right now, the wharfette is still sleeping as teenagers are wont to do and i'm about to download some pictures for you. -hoser ps - our cable provide has been down since friday night
