but there is no way to explain to it why the pain it is enduring is being inrlicted for its own good.

Yes, especially if the vaccine kills them...

"In an experiment to find out of they could give high-potency Edmonston Zagreb (EZ) measles vaccine to babies as young as four months old in order to overwhelm their natural maternal antibodies and replace them with vaccine-induced antibodies, medical "researchers" at the CDC and Johns Hopkins University injected thousands of babies in the Third World with the experimental vaccine that reportedly caused chronic immune suppression and the deaths of an unknown number of babies. Also, in the United States, with the help of Kaiser Permanente, more than 1500 six-month-old black and Hispanic babies in inner city Los Angeles were "enrolled" in the experiment starting in June 1990. The study was halted in October 1991, after more than one year of genocidal activity, after repeated reports from vaccine trial sites in Africa that girl babies were dying in higher than expected numbers six months to three years after injection."

I don't know of a single parent who has successfully explained to a one month old baby why they have to have these shots that hurt them. The baby can question/cry all it wants to, but there is no way to explain to it why the pain it is enduring is being inrlicted for its own good.

A one month old baby doesn't have the ability to reason, to deal with complex logical or philosophical concepts, to decide to accept discomfort in the present for benefit in the future, or to effectively communicate or understand communication beyond the most basic level.

If God exists and he created the universe and knows everything about it, then God would be well beyond us in understanding and wisdom. And yes it is true that he would be able to understand some things that we could not, but we would not be as babies to him. Human adults have the ability to reason and deal with complex question oh philosophy and ethics. The baby can not take care of itself or rationally make its own decisions. Adults can and that fact doesn't change even if there is something with much greater reasoning ability then them.

I think if I am to follow God, not only to I have to believe in God but I have to, at least to an extent judge God. If God is the creator of the universe and if God has vastly, even immeasurably greater mental capacity then I have , that in and of itself wouldn't make it wise or moral to follow God. If you assume those qualities in God, and also assume that you will be in trouble if you don't follow, then you follow because of fear not because of those qualities. If you instead add that God is wise and good, then it might be moral and reasonable to follow God with or without fear but the fact that God is the creator of the universe, doesn't in and of itself mean that God would be good, or even wise. Certainly it is conceivable that an evil or even a foolish being could have created the universe, so it would seem to me that if you follow God because he is wise and good, you have to first make the judgment that he is wise and good.

Edit - Since I rambled a bit above I'll sum up. The creator of the universe could concievably be evil or even foolish. If we follow God because we see him as good and wise, then we are judgeing him, and determining that he is good and wise.
