I think not. The burden should be on the person asserting that they have data that shows..."something"- especially when the something is used for a justification for war- which was how this discussion started with Sig.

I'm NOT making a case that he gave anything up, you infer too much from what I said. I'm making a case that IF SIG wants to make a case that there was data supporting the inclination that he (Saddam) had not given it up, and IF he wants to use that as a basis for war, there should actually be some data, and it should be damned good data. I am saying nothing more than that.
