Say, something fairly antique and simple. What does QPSK stand for? How does it work? What is it used for?

Oh, and how much signal do you think you could get out of the 2" stub of antenna that used to be 20' long?

And if you are transmitting at 200 Mhz with 50 watts and I pump out 50,000 watts at the same freq, how well are you going to be heard?
