John Kerry hunting doves is a great story image-wise. You see, this is how he will defeat the likely Bushie attacks that he is "just another Massachusetts liberal like Dukakis and Kennedy". Kerry will pull out his rifle and go shoot a dove. Or as I've suggested test-fire a grenade launcher at a military base and blow up a bush or shrub. Just as Graham's Nascar makes him acceptable for conservatives to vote for, so will Kerry's military macho side. And it is the real thing. Voters will also see Kerry do extreme wind-surfing, aerobatics, full contact hockey and ride his Harley. They cant Dukakisize Kerry. But Kerry might be able to Dukakisize Bush.
