Yes you're right ... had to look it up in the atlas, forgot that NK goes up the coast to quite near Vladivostok, and so is contiguous with Rusia too .... that's how much i know about NK .... still, ignorance is no reason to refrain from typing, is it? ... lol But an open invitation to an open table of discussion is not a refusal to negotiate .... is it? ... i can't see how it constitutes anything nefarious, in fact it appears to be the contrary, a steering away from the sneakiness, a thing to be applauded .... maybe there's more to it, dunno ... but so far i think Hawk is right, and his neocons are taking the correct road on this one ..... perhaps it is accidental, or they're doing their boyscout Good Deed for the year -g-

Kim Jong il is a mental case, was from birth, he is the means to the ends for the ruling military elite, they have no intention of giving up their lifestyle for the betterment of the North Korean peoples, never happen..... The entire Nuclear threat is an attempt to force the USA to the negotiating table to grant huge financial deals and non-aggression pacts, they(the ruling military elite)were so accustomed to dealing with the compromise and concession of Clinton and Albright that they went into shock when Bush made his "Axis of evil" remarks.........thus the restarting of the Nuclear facility.....and the current NK saber rattling.....it is dangerous because they are desperate men without conscience... it is truly a test for the Backroom boys..
