No. Why was Congress so h$ll bent on free prescription drugs? How many billions that gonna cost. So cut services and entitlements and raise taxes and see if you can get elected. I really don't want to point fingers at any President. Only to inform TED that Clinton gave one heck of a gift to the rich. The Congress raises spending and cuts taxes and guess who votes for them? ---- That said...after the Clinton bubble and considering the economic imbalances we have I'd say that deficit spending is a better alternative than raising taxes and cutting spending. It's just the uneveness that makes it hard for the ship to right itself.... JIm
