Hi, Ron - Thanks for the kind words.

"I think now that the patents are secured, the release of good news is considerably more valuable to Dimethaid."

I'd like to suggest that the Euro patent news is only part of an effort to secure world-wide expansion of claims in the original Oxo Chemie WF10 patents.

While there are a number of patents targeting areas where WF10 has shown efficacy, I have seen none that does what WF10 does - invoke a "macro" response from the immune system. Nor have I seen any whose derivation is from inorganic chemistry, or whose composition is anything like WF10's.

I expect we'll see the scope of the patent broadened in the US, Canada, and the rest of the world, too.

And yes, you're correct. It would be wise to have all these patents in place (or at least filed) before WF10 becomes widely-known.

Regards,

Jim
