I already posted proof that that those are lies. The FBI 80 million was a bi-partisan re-allocation. Clinton raised CIA spending. Do not post things from un-credible right-wing sources. That stuff you post is pure horse manure. How about from the Washington Post, the New York Times, Time, Newsweek, any credible course? No more attack site BS.
