Sure, North Korea is a major threat, and Japan is North Korea's preferred target. So what? Did Japan threaten North Korea -- no. Did South Korea make threats against North Korea -- no. Did China make silly threats against North Korea -- no. Only Bush made a dangerous and thoughtless threat against North Korea to "sex-up" a speech. Japan didn't. South Korea didn't and China didn't. We can play silly games all you like -- but while games are played bombs are being built. Now we can talk or we can fight. Whether or not we talk with others at the table is foolish detail.
