Rocket, If you go into a K (MRXT) and try to find out what is actually taking place try reading the entire Q. Marx Toys was a recent acquisition...It was a private held company with a long history dating back to early 1900s. Smart investors look closely at private companies with little debt that use an OTCBB as a vehicle to take their company public. Also I think you should look at this part of the K just filed and read it closely. There is one smart poster zooooming 200 MPH that I think understands what I am writing about.
