Good catch JAke, I had just asked uas how many bills with Kerry as sponsor have been passed since he had been in congress...I see that there have been VERY few....hard to pass bills when you are riding on Chappy Kennedy's coattails I suppose.

McCain/Kerry CAFE Standards Bill SHOULD have become law last year but the Bushies in the pockets of Big Oil stopped it. Why? So we would INCREASE consumption of Arab oil rather than start weaning ourself off the stuff. The CAFE standards bill would have increased fuel efficiency dramatically and saved us more oil than is in the entire state of Alaska. But of course, conservation is "evil" to the Bushie right.
