"ON PLAN?"!!! Two weeks ago? Now that makes Martha and Ebbers, and the rest seem honest! I had the pleasure of being one of the prime (and successful) plaintiffs against a shark named Bill Haney (Molten Metal Technologies) a few years ago and just had the supreme delight of some payback when receiving my share of the suit, 15k out of 40k, the charge in the suit being that insiders sold massively about two weeks before they announced they did NOT get a govt contract for toxic waste disposal worth allegedly hundreds of millions. Schwartz is too old a fart to have time for people to forget his arrogance and shareholder disdain to pull a Loral off again, but unless Haney is in prison then he is clearly out trying to shark somebody else. Ah well, live and learn. Jim PS That was a good lesson. I don't do concept stocks anymore...at all
