You pick those nos. out of the air? Carter 111? I don't think so... I think a Nuclear Engineer has to have more facilities than that. Bush 131? I don't think so... He can't connect two coherent sentences together. Pops' influence has helped him through everything, from National Guard, to University, to the Governorship to the Presidency and beyond.
