We have no ideological majority. We have a bare majority in the Senate, that depends on the loyalty of moderate Republicans. We have a better majority in the House, but it is also vulnerable, because of the number of moderates in the caucus. In addition, Bush cannot get reelected without being careful with certain groups, such as seniors..........
