Most Americans would have supported the war had they been told the truth and, in fact, more would have if they had left out the WMD stuff. The real reason for American population support is that we support the elmination of tyrants like Saddam, Mussolini and Hitler. We learned from the past. You should too. I've posted that the admnistration made a major PR mistake by putting so much emphasis on WMD and it is now suffering. That doesn't change the added world value that the war brought, i.e., the removal of one tyrannical regime.
