but is just coining the term "Clinton bubble" in response to hints that Clinton was responsible for a balanced budget (and Bush was responsible for the current deficits, now at record levels). What do you think accounts for the current deficits? BTW, why haven't we occupied North Korea, with strong evidence of a WMD program, hell, they even brag about it. No oil? Maybe the fact that Seoul, with a population of 10M, is just 100 km away from the DMZ? How about the fact that we don't have the soldier power? BTW I have written SI Bob and he's checking out whether we can change the thread's name without changing the Duncan Baird 'started by'. I also asked if we can do a new intro.
