Graham has very little chance of getting anywhere near the nomination. He started too late and has raised little money. Graham is more than happy to be Veep. Dean also doesn't make sense as a Veep candidate for anyone. He is too independent and firebrand to play second fiddle. Also, a liberal Vermonter is now what the Dems need to help beat Bush in some of the battleground states.
