He didn't say you were suspended, he said that it was a stern warning. Seriously, it wouldn't hurt to actually read the words that are written to you, rather than to fabricate some fantastical interpretation to further your view that the world is out to victimize you. At least three people pointed out that Jon Tara's comments couldn't be construed as a threat and that yours could. Do you really believe that there is a big conspiracy out to get the "Count"?

Maybe you realize the damage that will do the defendants, if you try to shut down my speaking in public. It would be worse than anything I have to say here. You just don't get that one key little element, do you? I can't shut down your "speaking in public". I can, however, decide that you can't use this privately-owned site as a venue anymore. I did, briefly, while I reviewed more of your posts, then restored it. And in that very brief span of time, you threatened me via email, then when you tried to post again and found that you could, you chose to just go further along with your conspiracy notions, of course including me in the conspiracy now. For now, I'll just read your posts with a weird kind of bemusement and will wait for word from my higher-ups on Mars before taking action.
